CampusSafe™ provides immediate and clear access to the most important phone numbers on campus. No longer will users have to rely on speed dial, sifting through contacts, or memorization to get a Public Safety officer on the line.
Integrating closely with Google Voice™ servers (or other SMS server options) CampusSafe™ offers our deaf, hard-of-hearing and SMS preferring users another option to communicate with Public Safety Officers.
CampusSafe™ offers customizable access to further Public Safety resources such as important campus websites, crime prevention tips, lost item reporting, and other useful resources.
For medium-priority calls of service, users can transmit a detailed report directly from their smartphone. Jumpstarts, noise complaints, lockouts, escorts and other custom report types are fully supported.
CampusSafe™ reports capture structured, detailed and relevant information to better serve Public Safety dispatchers and officers. A user's name, contact information, and other relevant personal information is visible to the dispatcher; allowing them to better respond to the user's needs.
Public Safety calls of service may rely on a user’s ability to know and describe their current location over the phone. CampusSafe™ builds on this by using GPS location information to show the dispatcher exactly where the user is, even down to which parking spot they are in.
In a crisis situation, every second matters. CampusSafe™ puts a virtual bluelight at the fingertips of every user. By pressing and holding down the bluelight, a user's location, contact information, and personal information are sent to Public Safety dispatch.
CampusSafe™ has undergone extensive testing and development to ensure that users are located quickly, accurately, and persistently. CampusSafe™ relies on multiple location providers to allow user location in buildings, underground, and everywhere else. Once you've been located, CampusSafe™ will continue to track your location until the situation has been resolved.
After the bluelight has been pressed, CampusSafe™ will immediately connect the user with Public Safety. For those who prefer or require SMS, CampusSafe™ can be configured to instead initiate a text conversation with dispatch. CampusSafe™ will even send an initial brief to allow for quicker communication.

Enterprise security solutions often require extensive dispatcher training. CampusSafe™ defies this paradigm with an easy-to-use web interface that can be quickly learned. Reports appear automatically on the screen and a simple "report resolved" button removes the item.
The CampusSafe™ dashboard features instant search for report filtering, table sorting of any category, report detail expansion, satellite/map view and a fully featured Google Map for fast and efficient use.
The CampusSafe dashboard takes care of record-keeping by offering a fully featured "Log" section. From here, a dispatcher can review previous reports in the same context that they arrived in, with full access to report details as well as placement on a map.
